Hi, ICP Fauna Marin recently told me:
Nitrite 0.03
Nitrate 15.1
Phosphate 0.025.
Any advice? What can I do?

Yes, wet skimming is the easiest way.
Maybe, when it's possible, feed less.

Did you add nitrogen or other nutrients?

But your PO4 is pretty low - perhaps the NO3 drops, if you lift the PO4 slightly to 0,05mg/l

Any chance that you post the ICP here ?
Phosphate (PO4) is already very low and on the opposite side you have quite high nitrate (NO3).
Be aware that wet skimming can also export some of the PO4 !
First of all try to get slowly to a moderate level of 0,06-0,08 with your Phosphate (0,10 would be also no big deal, but wouldn´t rise it more than that).
Would do this with dosing pump 4-6 times per day so that the level is as even as possible.
This should bring your nitrate level down without any wet skimming, but only when corals are visibly growing of course.
If you have any sponges ore similar mechanical filter material you need to kick them out of your system ... this is one of the biggest nitrate producers.

In my opinion your ICP looks very good ! ... BUT ... only your Phosphate level is much too low with 0,009mg/l !
Nitrate or let´s say the Nitrogen N in general will go up when the metabolism of the corals can´t work when Phosphate is missing.
Try to get PO4 slowly up to at least a level of 0,03-0,05 and you´ll see that you corals will react shortly and your NO3 will go down.
Stop also wet skimming what can make this already very low level of PO4 even worse.
Do you have an adequate liquid PO4 at home already ?
If so, then dose as often as you can only small amounts of PO4 to keep the level as even as possible during the whole day.
When you reach the level as spoken above try to keep it there and avoid quick drops down, what is for corals harder to get rid of then quick risings.
Last but not least when your target is a low level of PO4 then keep the alkalinity also in low level, meaning at 7,0-7,5max because corals can´t handle high alkalinity and low PO4. (In my case i run my tank with around 7,0 alkalinity and in the moment 0,08 PO4 ... corals are happy).

I´m using the "Add On P" from Oceamo (https://oceamo.com/product-page/duo-add-on-p/).
This is very high concentrated in this tiny 20ml syringe, so take care when you wanna use this.
I dilute 6ml with 1L Rodi-Water in a bottle and via dosing pump 6 times per day about 18-24ml for my 600L tank.
Keeps my phosphate level of around 0,07-0,10.
