Balance dosage
Hi, next week I'll start using Sangokai Balance (also Basic). I have a 250-liter net tank of 70% SPS and 30% LPS, plus some fish. I'm currently using ATI Essentials SPS and dosing 60 ml of both bottles (KH and Ca) daily. I'll obviously do some testing to find the right daily dosage of Balance, but to start, what dosages do you recommend for KH, Ca1, and Ca2? Thanks to everyone who can help me.

According to ATI 10 ml per 100 liters equals a consumption of 1 dKH. That means, 25 ml per 250 liters equals 1 dKH, so you have a consumption of approximately 2 dKH.
On the sangokai homepage you find a calculator where you can put in your tanks volume and consumption and it shows you, how much you need to add daily. That´s where I would start, maybe a bit lower and then monitor it closely with KH tests, so find the correct value

It´s the same for calcium. ATI: 14 ml per 100 liters is 10 mg of calcium consumption, so 35 ml per 250 liters is 10 mg of calcium. Your consumption then is somewhat around 18 mg per day. Use the calculator to find out how much Ca1 and 2 you have to dose (they are always dosed in equal amounts).
